Service of Process in Maryland & DC- We will serve your legal papers summons, complaints, subpoenas, motions, show cause orders, etc.

Service of Process in Virginia- We will serve your legal papers summons, complaints, subpoenas, motions, show cause orders, etc.

Piggyback/Same Location Service - More than one paper to be served at the same address - 1st paper at regular price

Bad Address - service attempted and address no good/person no longer lives there. We will file an affidavit with the courts stating such.

Same Day Service - Papers that need to be served within a 24-hour period

Rush Service - Papers that need to be served within a 72 hour period

Bankruptcy Processing- We will process client intake form and e-file bankruptcies.

Reissues - We will go to the courts to refile expired papers and apply for a new service date

Judgment Recovery - Fee is based solely on a percentage of what we collect. We  also offer a very reasonable percentage for companies who hold multiple judgments. Please contact us for rates.
